 Legislative Contributions 

Michelle L. Chace authored Nebraska Legislative Bill 116 (2005), pioneering legislation aimed at enhancing the regulation of private security services within the state. This bill proposed formal licensure and oversight of security professionals, elevating industry standards and increasing accountability in the private security sector.

Her work on LB 116 reflected a deep commitment to public safety and professional ethics, and it positioned her as an early advocate for bridging the gap between public policy and private sector security practices.
